grief counseling
You've lost someone, and it's affecting everything.

The death of a loved one causes a part of us to just stop (even if the rest of us keeps going).

Grief counseling is about finding and sitting with the stopped self and hearing its desires, its memories, and its hurts. With time and attention, we uncover our natural motivation to start again.
